Yes, I know it isn't actually spring yet, but we have jonquils blooming, and I believe in the power of positive thinking. Here's a little love note for spring:
The Bloomin' Heart Thinlits Die is irresistible! Isn't it lovely? Can you see the shimmer of the Iridescent Ice Emboss Powder? It adds an elegant little touch and easily dresses up the card as something special.
There's always a question of adhesive with intricate die cuts. At a recent class, we were talking about gluing the heart down with Tombo Multipurpose Liquid Glue and bemoaning the fact that there were lots of tiny areas to apply the glue to. One of my friends shared a technique to make the gluing easier (thanks JD!). Here's my Stampin' Up version:
So easy! I used a Silicon Craft Sheet, covered it lightly with Tombo and ta-da! A quick touch of the back of the die cut piece onto the glue and the whole piece is coated. It's so fast and practically mess-free. The Silicon Craft Sheet is easy to clean with a little dish soap.
And a quick note about Sale-a-bration: It's almost over! March 31 is the last day to get a free goodie from the SAB brochure with any $50 merchandise purchase. Get 'em while you can!
Stamp your bliss!
